Bottom lash extensions are practiced in the same manner as upper lash extensions. The lash stylish puts a drop of adhesive on the extension and places it on your eyelash using tweezers. Once all the lashes are on point, they will appear just like your natural lashes, except longer. None of the lashes will touch your skin and you will be able to move them and blink normally just like your natural lashes works.

The application process is where the similarities stop. Bottom lashes are much shorter, thinner, and less noticeable than upper lashes. In some cases, you want it to be obvious that you are using upper lash extensions to create a dramatic look. This is never the case for bottom lashes.

Another difference is that bottom lashes take lesser time to apply — usually just 15 to 25 minutes. This is because there is no need to have extensions on each & every lash. Usually, between 10 to 15 is sufficient. This means you can easily include bottom lashes in your appointment for upper lashes without stretching your visit time by much at all.

It is not at all possible to achieve anything near the same results with mascara as with bottom lash extensions. Mascara often makes lower lashes look overly voluminous.

The outline provided by bottom lashes, however, will help open your eyes, making your eyes appear bigger without being over the top. Finally, by adding length to your eyelashes, your bottom lashes help your face look slimmer than before.

Most people are able to get bottom lash extensions, but there are some quirks. For instance, if your lashes are particularly short or sparse, bottom lashes will emphasize the insufficiency, leading to unsatisfactory results.
